- AI operator
- The AI that plans and drafts work for a Maqron business within the limits set by its owner.
- Operating mode
- How the AI operator acts: Auto-pilot (within your limits), Co-founder (owner approves each tool use) or Scheduled (runs on a timetable).
- Guardrail
- A limit enforced by the platform's database rather than by the model, such as a spending cap or tool permission.
- Operating run
- The recorded execution of one directive, with its actions, costs and outcome, so it can be audited and resumed.
- Usage credits
- Prepaid in-app balance used for tools the AI operator runs. Credits are not cash and have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
- Monthly operator usage
- The number of AI operator runs included each month. Maqron Pro raises this allowance.
- Activity record
- The audit record of every credit top-up and tool cost in a Maqron business, written only by database functions.
