Who processes payments?
Orders are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record.
Can the AI spend more than I allow?
No. Limits and balances are checked by the database before any cost is recorded.
What operating modes are there?
Auto-pilot acts within your limits, Co-founder waits for your approval on each tool use, and Scheduled runs at set times.
Does Maqron sell my products?
No. Maqron drafts private plans and offers that you use in your own channels. Maqron sells only its own Pro plan and usage credits.
Who can see my business data?
Only you. Every record is restricted to its owner.
Can I see what the AI did?
Yes. Every directive, action, cost and result is kept in the activity history.
Is AI output professional advice?
No. AI output can be wrong and is not legal, financial, tax or medical advice. Verify it before acting.
What happens when I hit my monthly run limit?
New runs pause until the next month, or you can upgrade to Pro for a higher allowance.
Can I invite others?
Yes. When someone you invite makes their first purchase you receive usage credit, up to a set number of rewards.
How do I sign in?
With email and password. Your email address must be confirmed first.
I forgot my password. What now?
Use 'Forgot password' on the sign-in page to receive a reset link by email.
Can I close my account?
Yes, from account settings, confirmed with a code sent to your email.
